Information you give us

When you fill out a form on our site, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, state, the coverage you're interested in, your preferred call time, and any notes you add. If you ask about joining our team, we also collect your licensing status and goals. We use it to respond to you, schedule a conversation, and follow up about the coverage or opportunity you asked about.

When you respond to one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram through a Meta lead form, we receive the information you submit in that form, such as your name, email address, phone number, and your answers to the form's questions, including your preferred call time. We use it to contact you about your request and schedule a conversation. Meta's own privacy policy governs the information Meta collects.

Information collected automatically

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies on the pages of this site. These include the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms, Inc. and Google tags from Google LLC (such as Google Analytics and Google Ads). These tools help us understand how visitors use the site, measure our ads, and show our ads to people who have visited the site (remarketing). They may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, how you arrived at the site, and actions taken on it, such as submitting a form.

Meta, Google, and other third parties may use cookies and similar technologies to collect or receive information from this site and elsewhere on the internet, and use it to provide measurement services and target ads. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as our form, scheduling, email, analytics, and advertising providers; with insurance carriers when you ask us to request a quote or apply for coverage; and when required by law. When you apply for coverage, the insurance carrier collects and protects your application information under its own privacy notice. Under some state privacy laws, sharing website activity with advertising partners like Meta and Google for targeted ads may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out as described below.

Emails and text messages

If you contact us, we may send you follow-up emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We will only send text messages if you agree to receive them, and you can reply STOP at any time. We do not share mobile numbers or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.

Your choices

You have the right to opt out of the collection and use of your information for targeted advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of interest-based ads from many companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative, and manage ad personalization through Google Ads Settings and Meta Ad Preferences, and opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of its sale or sharing. To make a request, email us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
